1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Rad Safe India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Rad Safe India provides consultation services related to radiological safety, AERB compliance, e-LORA registration, and radiation shielding design. Our services are advisory in nature and subject to regulatory changes.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their equipment, facility layout, and personnel. Any delays caused by inaccurate data are the responsibility of the client.

4. Professional Advice

While we strive for 100% compliance, all final approvals are granted by the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB). Our role is to facilitate and guide the process based on current regulations.

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are agreed upon before the commencement of work. Payments must be made as per the schedule outlined in the specific service proposal or invoice.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your institutional data and equipment specifications. We will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without your prior consent, except to regulatory authorities as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rad Safe India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, or for any fines imposed by regulatory bodies due to client non-compliance with advised protocols.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
